Rachel Hay, LSWAIC

At the core of my practice is the belief that true healing is more than just symptom relief—it’s a journey of reclaiming your wholeness, reconnecting with your body, and remembering who you are beneath the layers of trauma, stress, and conditioning.

I offer trauma-informed, nervous system-centered care that honors the sacred nature of healing. Whether through one-on-one counseling, ceremony-informed group work, nature-based immersion, or sound healing, I create spaces where healing is relational, embodied, and deeply respectful of your inner wisdom.

My approach integrates clinical insight with ancestral remembering, somatic practice, and ritual. I draw from a range of modalities including somatic awareness, mindfulness, cognitive reframing, parts work, and energetic attunement. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and the mind-body connection.
